About the event
A safe space for womxn, from all walks of life, to come and release the old, and embrace the new while building friendship & sisterhood.
This month’s focus will be on your intention for 2022. Releasing old energy and ideas that are holding you back, and resetting and retraining your brain and nervous system to empower & support you in fulfilling your vision.
BYOM&M (bring you own mug & mat) as we’ll be sharing fine hot tea from an organic, biodynamic tea farm, located in Traverse City, MI.
Be sure to wear some comfortable and loose clothing, easy to move and breathe in.
Healing circles may include guided visualization and meditation, EFT tapping, gentle movement, journaling, emotion code energy clearing, intuitive coaching, and more.
