Womxn's Healing Circle - Galentine's Day Style

A safe space for womxn, from all walks of life, to come and release the old, and embrace the new while building friendship & sisterhood.

This month’s focus will be on building love for your self, releasing doubt and fear, and gaining honor and respect for yourself and your body. 

BYOM&M (bring you own mug & mat) as we’ll be sharing fine hot tea from an organic, biodynamic tea farm, located in Traverse City, MI.

Be sure to wear some comfortable and loose clothing, easy to move and breathe in.

Healing circles may include guided visualization and meditation, EFT tapping, gentle movement, embodiement practices, journaling, Emotion Code energy clearing, intuitive coaching, and more.
